Order and payment

How do I know if my order has been validated?

Once your payment has been validated, you will be notified by email that your order has been successfully processed.

How is my order packaged?

We carefully pack your order in secure and neutral packages (brand not visible on the outside).

Where can I find my invoice?

The invoice will be sent to you by email upon shipment of your order.

What are the payment methods?

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS and comply with PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of compliance for card payment security. 3D Secure verification adds an extra layer of authentication for card payments.

What are the countries, rates and delivery times?

Currently, we only deliver to France and Europe. Standard delivery times are 2 to 4 days (excluding pre-orders and made-to-order items; specific delivery times are indicated on the relevant product page). Delivery is a flat rate of €8 for France and €22 for the rest of Europe.

When will I receive the tracking information for my order?

Once your order has been prepared and shipped by our team, you can track its progress by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

If your order is damaged, you must refuse the package from the carrier. If this is not possible, take photos of the package and send us an email to contact@maison-eon.com. We will then be able to advise you on the next steps. For more information, please consult our Terms and Conditions.

return and refund

How do I request a return?

Directly from your customer account, by clicking on "Request a return". For more details, please visit our dedicated Returns and Refunds page.

Are the return shipping costs my responsibility?

Return shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €8.

Can I make an exchange?

We do not offer exchanges. The easiest solution is to return the item and place a new order.

What are the refund processing times?

Once the items have been checked by our team and your return has been validated, we will process the refund within 14 days to the payment method used for your order.

What should I do if the ordered item is defective?

We place paramount importance on the quality of our parts. However, if your part has a defect, please take photos and send us an email to contact@maison-eon.com.

How do I choose my size?

All garments measurements are listed on the product page under "Details and Measurements".

Are Eon pieces unisex?

Good question! At éon, ambivalence is at the heart of our identity. However, the pieces are primarily designed for women. Some pieces are unisex, in which case we add the note "Unisex fit" to the description of the item in question.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Creating an account is not mandatory but is recommended. From your customer account, you will be able to track the progress of your delivery, view your order history, request a return, and save your personal details for future purchases.

Is my personal data protected?

The maison-eon.com website complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and your payment information is encrypted using the SSL/TLS protocol and meets PCI DSS Level 1 standards, the highest level of compliance for card payment security. Furthermore, you retain your rights at all times (right of access, right to erasure, right to rectification, right to data portability, and management of communication preferences). Where does the Eon company manufacture its pieces?

We manufacture our clothing exclusively in Europe.

Are the materials used eco-friendly?

We work with high-end materials whose quality and inherent technical properties contribute to the increased durability of our pieces. We ensure that our production partners adhere to environmental standards. For certain exclusive pieces, we source fabrics from surplus production by major luxury brands, allowing us to participate in a circular economy approach.
