Delivery times
Delivery time is 2 to 4 working days (excluding pre-orders).
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.
You can track the progress of your order at any time from your account.
Order preparation
Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
The invoice will be sent directly by email to the address provided.
Warning: Once your order has been validated, you will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
Delivery method and rates
We offer home delivery at a flat rate of €8 for France and €22 for Europe.
At the moment, we are unable to ship to French overseas departments or outside of Europe.
Upon delivery, please ensure the package is in good condition. If the package is damaged, please check the condition of the product in the presence of the courier. Any external damage must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery documents.
