return policy
You can return your items within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be in their original condition with their packaging and tags attached.
Damaged, soiled, smelly or incomplete items will not be accepted for return.
Returns are not accepted for works of art.

To make a return request, here are the steps to follow:
1. Log in to your account by entering your email address and verification code.
2. Click on "Request a return" for the order for which you wish to send the return.
3. If your order contains more than one item, select the ones you wish to return.
4. Select a reason for return and add a note for the store.
5. Click on "Request a return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. They will be charged at a flat rate of €8.

Once the items have been checked by our team and your return has been validated, we will process the refund within 14 days to the original payment method used at checkout.
